Thank you for choosing Smart Drive. We value your commitment to our technology and strive to provide a transparent refund process, especially given the exclusive nature of our 250-unit pre-order batch.
1. Pre-Order Cancellation & Full Refunds
Because this is a pre-order for a product scheduled for delivery in March 2026, we offer maximum flexibility:

"No-Questions-Asked" Cancellation: You are entitled to a full refund at any time from the moment of purchase until February 15, 2026.

Automatic Refund Eligibility: If for any reason our production timeline is delayed and we are unable to ship your unit by April 1, 2026, you will be automatically eligible for a full refund upon request.
2. Post-Delivery Returns (30-Day Window)
Once you receive your Smart Drive in March 2026, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return:

Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags/protective films, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on units that have been physically damaged due to improper installation or unauthorized modifications.
3. Defective or Damaged Gear
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the device is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong finish (e.g., you ordered Carbon Fiber but received Steel), contact us immediately.

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return.

You will have the choice of a full refund or a priority replacement from our reserved backup stock.
4. How to Initiate a Refund

Specify if you are requesting a pre-order cancellation or a post-delivery return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Processing Time
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
