Thank you for choosing Smart Drive. Because this is a specialized pre-order for our first production run, our shipping terms differ from standard retail policies. Please review the details below regarding your reservation.
1. Limited Pre-Order Batch

This shipping policy applies exclusively to the first 250 units of the Smart Drive.

Orders are processed on a "first-come, first-served" basis to secure a spot in this limited production run.
2. Delivery Timeline

Production Phase: Manufacturing and quality testing will take place throughout 2025.

Estimated Shipping Date: All 250 pre-order units are scheduled to begin shipping in March 2026.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched in March 2026, domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, while international orders may take 7–14 business days.
3. Pre-Order Communication

Monthly Updates: To keep you informed, we will send monthly "Behind the Scenes" email updates regarding our production milestones and shipping preparations.

Address Confirmation: We will send a final address verification email 30 days before shipping. You may update your shipping destination anytime before February 15, 2026.
4. Shipping Costs & Tracking

Tracking Numbers: A final tracking number will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your specific unit is boxed and dispatched in March 2026.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide; however, please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.
5. Packaging & Handling

To protect the high-definition touchscreen and premium finishes (Carbon Fiber, Leather, Wood, or Steel), every unit is shipped in a custom, high-impact resistant box designed for maximum protection.
6. Pre-Order Guarantee

If for any reason our production timeline shifts significantly beyond the March 2026 estimate, you will be notified immediately and offered the option for a full, no-questions-asked refund.
